The DETAIL Prize (Munich)

ドイツの DETAIL 誌が主催する世界唯一の 「構造詳細」 特化建築賞。隔年。完成建築のみ対象。SIPs + Cor-Ten + Komagatake plinth の interface は確実に掲載価値あり。

MINE の DETAIL に出せる根拠

• SIPs 構造: OSB 12 + EPS 220 + OSB 12 = t=245 の構造合板パネル → U=0.16 W/m²K, HEAT20 G3+。日本の住宅で SIPs を主構造に使う実例は希少。
• Cor-Ten 6mm 外装: 通気層 30mm + 通気胴縁 stainless Z bar 経由でメンテナンス容易性確保。Fe₂O₃·H₂O 保護皮膜の経年予測 (年 2 → 10 → 50 → 100)。
• 熱橋遮断: SIPs 壁 ↔ Komagatake 安山岩 plinth の interface に EPS 50mm pad を挿入、cold bridge 係数 < 0.05 W/m²K → 凍結地域でも結露なし。
• Polaris 天窓 operable: triple Low-E glass t=42 + 電動チェーンモーター + 雪荷重 1.3 kN/m² 設計 + 24h HRV 連動の operable skylight。Hokkaido 多雪地での平屋根 operable skylight 実装は珍しい。
• Hokushin aperture: 6mm Cor-Ten 板に Meiji 開拓使 紋章 (五光星 + 放射) をファイバーレーザーで perforation、背後にトリプル Low-E ガラス。芸術と機能の融合。

• detail.svg — 1/20 wall × plinth section (現在 v6)
• section.svg — 1/200 E-W cut through plaza
• construction.svg — 6-week prefab storyboard
• aging.svg — material aging forecast (DETAIL が好む時間軸 narrative)

• 応募料: free (DETAIL 誌の最大の魅力)
• 建築竣工: 2024-2026 期間内のみ → 嶺 MINE は 2027 竣工想定 = 次回 2027/2028 期
• 提出物: 写真 + 1/20 detail + 材料仕様 + U-value 計算 + 工程記録
• 判定: ドイツ建築界のキュレーター 7 名による技術評価 (formal は二の次、技術が一の次)
